Last updated: 10/10/2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Website Helper (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website and your contract with us when you become a client. By purchasing, using, or accessing any service, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “Client”, “you” or “your” means the person or entity who purchases or uses our services.
  • “Services” means any product or service we provide (hosting, VPS, domain registration, maintenance, technical support, etc.).
  • “Refund Policy” means the refund terms published at https://www.websitehelper.co.uk/refund-policy/ (as may be updated from time to time).
  • “Client Area” is the restricted area where you manage your services, billing, and account settings.

2. Application of Terms

  1. These Terms apply to all clients who use or order any of our Services.
  2. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and another agreement (e.g. a service-specific agreement), the service-specific agreement prevails for that service.
  3. We may amend or update these Terms from time to time. Revisions will appear here, with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Registration & Account

  1. To use the Client Area and purchase Services, you must register an account with accurate, up-to-date information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or breach of security.

4. Service Provision & Renewals

  1. Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel, most Services (hosting, support subscriptions, maintenance, etc.) will renew automatically on the same day each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  2. VPS Hosting Specifics
    • VPS services renew monthly.
    • We will attempt a pre-charge 7 days before the renewal date to ensure continued service operation.
    • If payment fails, your VPS will be deleted automatically on renewal, and all data will be permanently removed. We accept no liability for loss of data.
    • All VPS payments are non-refundable under any circumstance (per the Refund Policy).
  3. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and contact information up to date (email, billing address, phone).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Cancellation by You
You may cancel any service at any time via the Client Area or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect immediately (or at the end of your paid period, where applicable).
  2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You agree that these Terms may refer you to the Refund Policy rather than restate its full contents.
  3. Non-Refundable Services
Some services (e.g. VPS hosting, domains, SSL certificates, one-off tasks) are non-refundable as defined in the Refund Policy.

6. Payment & Pricing

  1. You will pay the fees displayed for the Services at the time you order.
  2. Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or GoCardless. We do not store full payment details on our servers; they are handled by the provider.
  3. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your service.
  4. We reserve the right to change pricing, but any change will not affect services already billed for the current term.

7. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use our Services:

  • To host content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or harmful
  • To attempt to breach security or gain unauthorized access to systems
  • To send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
  • In a manner that impairs others’ usage of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these rules without notice.

8. Suspension & Termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate your service or account if:
    • You breach these Terms
    • You fail to make payments within 14 days
    • You misuse the services or pose a security risk
  2. On termination, all data (for example hosting files, databases) may be deleted immediately. You are responsible for backups.
  3. Termination does not affect accrued rights or your liability for amounts owed.

  1. All intellectual property rights in our Services, website design, software, and content remain with us (or our licensors).
  2. You are given a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

  3. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  4. You should maintain backups and use services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Website Helper, including its employees, agents, and subcontractors, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the website or services, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise.
