This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Website Helper (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides refunds for products and services purchased through our platform. By purchasing any service from Website Helper, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Web Hosting Services
Refunds for web hosting services, including but not limited to WordPress Hosting, Website Hosting, and Email Hosting, may be requested within thirty (30) days from the initial date of service activation. Refunds requested within this period will be issued in full, with no requirement to provide a reason for cancellation.
No refunds will be issued after the initial thirty (30) day period has elapsed.
2. VPS Hosting
All VPS Hosting services are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with service performance, configuration errors, or changes in business requirements.
3. Domain Names & SSL Certificates
All domain name purchases are strictly non-refundable. This includes new registrations, auto-renewals, and manual renewals.
Once a domain name has been registered, renewed, or transferred, it is immediately processed with the relevant domain registry and cannot be reversed or refunded.
SSL Certificates
All SSL certificate purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once an SSL certificate has been issued, renewed, or reissued, it is immediately processed with the issuing authority and cannot be reversed or refunded.
4. Maintenance and Support Subscriptions
Refunds for Maintenance and Support service subscriptions may be requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
5. One-Off Services
Services provided as one-off tasks, including but not limited to Website Repairs, Malware Removal, and Website Migration, are non-refundable once the service has been completed or work has commenced.
6. Refund Procedure
To request a refund within an eligible period, please contact our support team via email or opening a support ticket with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
7. Amendments
Website Helper reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
