What’s not included in the website management service?
We do not cover anything that is outside the scope of ‘regular management’. This includes web design, content creation, content updates and complex development projects.
Is web hosting included in the maintenance plan?
No. If you require web hosting, this can be added as an add-on, price starts at £5.99 per month for shared cloud hosting. If your website requires more power, we also have cloud VPS options.
Do you support WordPress websites?
Absolutely! Our management plan includes WordPress support.
If there is a problem with my website how long will it take to get fixed?
All reported website problems are dealt with on the same day. Major incidents are dealt with immediately.
How often will my website be updated?
Our team keeps an eye on new update releases daily, but we restrict updates to once a week, except for major security updates that require immediate attention. Non-essential updates are implemented daily. You can trust that all significant updates undergo thorough testing before being deployed to your website.
Do you provide out-of-hours support?
We offer support during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and extended coverage through our out-of-hours subscription for £30 per month.
Does website management include content updates?
No, our management plan does not include content updates, code tweaks, or custom development, these services are billed separately as and when you need them.
