What’s not included in the WordPress Pro maintenance service?
We do not cover anything that is outside the scope of ‘regular maintenance’. This includes web design, content creation, content updates and complex development projects.
Is WordPress hosting included in the Pro maintenance plan?
No. If you require WordPress hosting, this can be added as an add-on, price starts at £5.99 per month for shared cloud hosting. If your website requires more power, we also have cloud VPS options.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Absolutely! Our maintenance plan includes WooCommerce support.
If there is a problem with my website how long will it take to get fixed?
All reported WordPress problems are dealt with on the same day. Major incidents are dealt with immediately.
How often will my WordPress website be updated?
Our team keeps an eye on new update releases daily, but we restrict updates to once a week, except for major security updates that require immediate attention. Non-essential updates are implemented daily. You can trust that all significant updates undergo thorough testing before being deployed to your website.
Do you provide out-of-hours support?
We offer support during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and extended coverage through our out-of-hours subscription for £30 per month.
Does WordPress maintenance include content updates?
No, our maintenance plan does not include content updates or custom development, these services are billed separately as and when you need them.
